❓ FAQ – Graffix Legends Cartoons

What is the best way to contact you?
To keep communication simple and personal, I handle all customer messages directly. The easiest way to get in touch is through social media — a private message via my Facebook page, Julian Dann Photography, works best. This keeps everything in one place and makes it easier to respond quickly.

What kind of photos should I send?
Clear, good-quality photos work best. The details in your photo help make the cartoon truly unique and personal. Think about what I need to see — for example, if you’d like your cartoon to show the name and number on the back of your jersey, then send a photo that captures that angle.

How long does it take to receive my design?
On average, it takes around 2 days to create your design. Busy times (like Christmas) may mean a longer wait depending on the number of orders. I’ll always confirm an estimated turnaround time when you place your order.

How will I receive my cartoon?

• All tiers (Kickstart, Pro, Legend) are delivered as high Res – suitable for social media, stickers, mugs, key rings, greeting cards,
  prints and canvas.

• If you’d like a physical product, you can order a canvas add-on and I’ll handle the printing.

Do you only do motocross cartoons?
No — while motocross is my specialty, I also create Graffix Legends portraits and avatars in other sports and hobbies such as motorbikes, water sports, skiing, karting, and more.

What’s the difference between a cartoon portrait and an avatar?

• An Avatar is a head-to-waist digital design created in the Graffix Legends style, ideal for social media and digital use.

• A Cartoon Portrait is a full rider (with or without bike) design. These are supplied as digital files but can also be printed as canvas wall art.

Can I request changes once it’s done?
Each design is custom-made and takes a lot of time to create, so major changes aren’t possible once the artwork is finished. Small adjustments can sometimes be made, but it’s best to be clear about your preferences when placing your order.

Can I use my cartoon commercially?
All digital files are supplied for personal use only (social media, prints, gifts, etc.). They cannot be resold, redistributed, or used commercially unless agreed in advance. If you’d like to discuss commercial licensing, please contact me directly.
